Administrative Team Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the accounting department with basic accounting duties such as reconciling of expenses, filing, accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Assisting the HR department with onboarding of new employees, enrollment of benefits, filing, etc.
  • Assisting the EA and GM with office operations, ordering of supplies, filing, updating of company documents and manuals, etc.

Vice President of Public Relations

Job Description

Account Director of Public Relations

Job Description

The Account Director will work on several well-known beauty brands and report directly to the team’s Vice President. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to uncover and identify business needs and objectives
  • Crafting appropriate strategies, timelines, budgets and implementation plans
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying issues/concerns in order to proactively develop solutions
  • Developing broad industry expertise with a regional and national scope
  • Building trust, credibility, and client referrals.
  • Initiating regular contact with client contacts to review priorities, share counsel and garner feedback
  • Tracking results for clients and then determining media targets and goals
  • Reviewing press materials, proposals, agendas, weekly client reports
  • Leveraging  strong relationships with senior editors to  generate results and develop strategic opportunities
  • Advising and mentoring team members on appropriate media strategy
  • Attending media tours and managing event planning
  • Overall program and budget management for clients and each campaign

Social Media Account Managers

Job Description

In this role you will ensure that content aligns with brand objectives and is consistent with the brand voice across all social platforms. The Social Media Account Manager also works closely with the Director of Digital Strategy to assess content performance against a brand’s Key Performance Indicators to assure content is delivering expected results. Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years’ experience, possess an interest in beauty products, have PhotoShop skills and be relatively well versed/read on the beauty market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with strategist to support 360 degree programs by creating content that reflect the brand voice across all platforms
  • Develops brand voices that resonate with a brand’s social community and stimulate engagement while growing the community fan base
  • Manages client expectations, projects and timelines and assures all asks are being addressed
  • Stays on top of deadlines and makes sure that the team is aware of the latest information
  • Assists director in managing sweepstakes, giveaways and other social promotions
  • Monitors competitive landscape and assists in the creation of  insight reports
  • Assists in creating social media decks on select accounts, as needed
  • Informs clients & account teams of new concepts and best practices on community and content management
  • Ensures that all content goes through the proper editing and approval process
  • Flags issues and works with strategists to manage community performance issues

Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic social media marketer for this role. Somebody who can be relied upon to forecast social media advertising budgets/spends, estimate ROI, develop semi-annual and annual strategies for our clients, with demonstrable design and front-end development skills (Photoshop, HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.).

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Partnering with the social media and PR teams to conceptualize 360 degree social media campaigns utilizing various digital platforms
  • Developing social advertising strategies, network media buys and analytics reports
  • Overseeing design, app development, vendor relationships and creation of proprietary tools
  • Working with brand online teams to coordinate social and digital partnerships and integrations.
  • Ability to work on several clients/projects at one time and communicate with them in a timely manner while managing a team and individual workload.
  • Staying abreast of the latest developments in the social media space and communicating those updates to clients and internal team.
  • Knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+.  

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience at either a digital agency or in an online marketing department
